       We do not rely on formal transfer mechanisms such as SCCs, adequacy decisions, or BCRs for our service model. In cases where cross-border access is necessary:

  • We ensure access is proportionate, encrypted, and restricted by role

  • We apply appropriate organizational and technical safeguards
